PermitClock

Terms of Service

Effective 2026-09-30

These terms govern your use of PermitClock, operated by a US LLC. By using PermitClock you agree to these terms. Questions may be sent to [email protected].

Informational tool — not legal advice

PermitClock is an informational tracking tool. It helps you organize solar project and permit milestones in one place. Nothing on PermitClock — including permit timeline estimates, jurisdiction information, or any guide content — constitutes legal advice, professional engineering advice, or a guarantee of any regulatory outcome. Permit timelines displayed are estimates based on historical data and seeded benchmarks; actual timelines depend on the jurisdiction, utility, and specific project circumstances and may differ materially.

For legal, permitting, or interconnection questions specific to your project, consult a licensed professional in the relevant jurisdiction.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use PermitClock to violate any applicable law, to interfere with the service or its infrastructure, or to submit false or misleading data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

No warranty

PermitClock is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that timeline estimates will be accurate for your specific project.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PermitClock and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or $50 USD.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the updated terms with a new effective date. Material changes will also be communicated by email where feasible. Continued use of PermitClock after updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
